Description

The ZJY series Roots vacuum pump is a positive displacement vacuum pump. The ZJY model Roots vacuum pump with an overflow valve is a derivative product of the ZJ Roots vacuum pump. Its operating principle is identical to that of the ZJ Roots vacuum pump, utilizing two figure-eight-shaped rotors rotating synchronously within the pump housing to draw in and expel gas. This series of Roots pumps can be used as a booster pump but cannot directly discharge gas into the atmosphere.

▇ Main Features

· Compact size with high pumping speed and low operating noise.

· Particularly suitable for vacuum systems requiring high pumping speed under low inlet pressure conditions.

· No direct contact exists between high-speed rotating rotors or between rotors and pump housing; all moving components maintain a controlled clearance.

· An internal relief valve allows the Roots vacuum pump and fore-vacuum pump to be pneumatically activated nearly simultaneously under atmospheric conditions, thereby reducing pumping time.

· Vacuum drying, vacuum impregnation, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum metallurgy exhaust, and pre-pumping for vacuum coating equipment in power transformers, power capacitors, and power instrument transformers.
