The most significant difference between the QBK-W sanitary pneumatic diaphragm pump and other diaphragm pumps lies in its air distribution valve structure. The QBK-W sanitary pneumatic diaphragm pump eliminates the traditional O-ring and cylindrical valve structure in its air distribution valve. It adopts a three-phase pilot-operated design, eliminating valve dead spots and pump stalling. It provides accurate and reliable directional change signals to prevent stalling and enables faster directional switching, resulting in higher flow rates. This design enhances delivery performance by reducing pulsation and ensuring smoother flow. The pump features a simple, safe, and reliable design, with all air valve components replaceable without disassembling the flow path.
