The QBK pneumatic slurry pump boasts a long service life and operates without interruption. It can both pump flowing liquids and convey non-flowing media, incorporating the advantages of self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, shielded pumps, slurry pumps, and impurity pumps. Drawing on years of experience in manufacturing QBY pneumatic diaphragm pumps, we have developed the new QBK diaphragm pump series.

▇ Main Features

· No priming required; operates submerged in the medium with a suction lift up to 5m, a head up to 70m, and an outlet pressure ≥6 bar.

· Features a spacious flow path with excellent passage performance, allowing particles up to 10mm in diameter. Minimal wear occurs when pumping slurry or impurities.

·Head and flow rate are infinitely adjustable via pneumatic valve opening (pressure regulation between 1–7 bar).

·No rotating components or shaft seals. The diaphragm completely isolates the pumped medium from moving parts and the working medium, preventing external leakage.

·No electricity required, ensuring safe and reliable operation in flammable or explosive environments.

· Simple operation and reliable performance—starting and stopping requires only opening and closing the gas valve.

· Simple structure with few wear parts, facilitating easy installation and maintenance.

· Capable of handling viscous liquids (viscosity below 10,000 cP).

· No oil lubrication required; dry running causes no damage—a defining feature of this pump.
