The YG vertical single-stage, single-suction explosion-proof centrifugal pump is ingeniously designed by Shanghai Sunshine Pump Industry's technical team in collaboration with domestic pump experts. It adopts an excellent hydraulic model and utilizes performance parameters from the IS centrifugal pump, building upon the foundation of standard vertical pumps. Additionally, based on operating temperature and medium requirements, variants suitable for hot water, high-temperature, corrosive chemical, and oil applications are developed from the ISG series. This product line offers advantages including high efficiency, energy savings, low noise, and reliable performance.

▇ Main Features

·The pump features a vertical structure with identical inlet and outlet diameters aligned on the same centerline, enabling installation within pipelines like a valve.

·The impeller is directly mounted on the motor's extended shaft, resulting in a compact, aesthetically pleasing design with minimal axial dimensions. This configuration reduces floor space requirements and construction costs, and with a protective cover, allows for outdoor operation.

·Optimized pump and motor bearing configuration effectively balances radial and axial loads generated during operation, ensuring smooth running with minimal vibration and low noise.

· Mechanical seals or seal combinations are employed, featuring imported titanium alloy seal rings, medium-duty high-temperature mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant sealing, significantly extending service life.

· Installation and maintenance are convenient, requiring no disassembly of the piping system. Simply remove the pump coupling base nuts to extract all rotor components.

·Conveys oil, kerosene, diesel fuel, solvents, and edible oils with a medium temperature range of -20°C to 120°C.

·Widely used in oil depots, docks, ships, chemical plants, light industry, textiles, environmental protection, and other industrial and mining enterprises.

·Suitable for high-temperature hot water pressurization and circulation in boilers for metallurgy, chemical processing, textiles, woodworking, papermaking, as well as hotels, bathhouses, and guesthouses, and for residential heating circulation systems in urban housing, with an operating temperature below 105°C.
