Description

The IH-type chemical pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump designed for conveying corrosive liquids with water-like viscosity that contain no solid particles. Its rated performance points and dimensions are marked in accordance with international standards. As an energy-efficient replacement for the F-type corrosion-resistant pump, it features a broad performance range, high efficiency, advanced standardization, and convenient maintenance. Pump body materials include stainless steel 304, Stainless Steel 316L, or Duplex Steel.

▇ Main Features

The IH series pump comprises 29 basic models, with 22 dual-speed variants (2900, 1450 rpm). Through impeller diameter modifications in A and B configurations, this expands to 112 specifications. Primary components include the pump casing, impeller, seal ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing assembly, intermediate bracket, shaft, and suspension assembly. Directly driven by an electric motor via an extended coupling, the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the motor end. The pump cover is secured to the intermediate bracket via a flange connection, then clamped between the pump casing and intermediate bracket flanges. The pump features axial suction, radial discharge, and foot-mounted support, allowing direct mounting on a base. The suspension assembly is secured to the intermediate bracket via a flange connection and supported on the base by suspension brackets. For ease of disassembly, an extended coupling is incorporated. During maintenance, the inlet/outlet piping, pump casing, and motor need not be removed. Simply detaching the coupling's intermediate connecting piece allows the rotor assembly to be withdrawn for servicing.
