▇ Product Application

WSY and FSY pump models: The WSY pump is a vertical FRP submersible vortex pump, while the FSY pump is a vertical FRP submersible centrifugal pump. Components in contact with the medium are fabricated from phenolic glass fiber reinforced with polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic resin, molded under high temperature. Connecting pipes and discharge pipes are made from phenolic glass fiber reinforced pipes produced by semi-dry winding. Impeller shaft sleeves are assembled by bonding with phenolic resin mortar to the pump shaft. All submerged assemblies are bonded with phenolic resin mortar, ensuring no metal-to-medium contact below the liquid level and reliable corrosion resistance.

▇ Main Features

·The pump extends into the storage tank; as long as the liquid level is above the pump body, it can start pumping without priming. A leakage hole is provided beneath the flat cover plate. Liquid will not leak outside the storage tank.

· Transmission and rotation direction: The pump is directly driven by an electric motor via a claw-type flexible coupling. Viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.

· The product features excellent properties including lightweight construction, high strength, dimensional stability, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. For corrosion protection applications, it can partially replace precious metals such as molybdenum-containing stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys.

·Widely used in chemical, petrochemical, smelting, dye, pesticide, pharmaceutical, rare earth, fertilizer, and other industries.

·Designed for conveying non-oxidizing acids (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) and other corrosive media without suspended solids, low crystallization risk, and temperatures not exceeding 100°C in storage tanks.
