The QW(WQ) clog-free submersible sewage pump is a pump product developed by Shanghai Sunshine Pump Industry based on the usage characteristics of domestic pumps. It features excellent energy efficiency, anti-entanglement, clog-free operation, automatic installation, and automatic control. Compared to conventional impellers, this pump employs a single-channel or dual-channel design resembling a bend pipe with uniform cross-sectional area, ensuring excellent flow characteristics. Paired with a rationally designed volute chamber, it achieves high efficiency. The impeller undergoes dynamic and static balancing tests, guaranteeing vibration-free operation.

·The mechanical seal employs a new hard, corrosion-resistant titanium-coated tungsten material, enabling safe, continuous operation for over 8,000 hours.

· Compact overall structure, small footprint, low noise, and significant energy savings. Easy maintenance, no pump house required—operates submerged in water, substantially reducing project costs.

· Equipped with a high-precision, anti-interference leak detection sensor in the seal oil chamber and thermosensitive elements embedded in the stator windings for automatic motor protection.

· Can be equipped with a fully automatic control cabinet per user requirements, providing automatic protection against leakage, electrical leakage, overload, and overheating, enhancing product safety and reliability.

· The float switch automatically controls pump start/stop based on required liquid level changes, eliminating the need for dedicated supervision and ensuring user-friendly operation.

· The QW submersible sewage pump can be equipped with a dual-rail automatic coupling installation system per user requirements, enabling simple and convenient installation and maintenance.

· Two distinct installation methods are available: fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation system.
