This series of products operates on the principle of a mechanical diaphragm metering pump driven by a motor via a worm gear, suitable for fluid metering in low-pressure applications.
The diaphragm metering pump achieves complete isolation between the fluid flow and the drive lubrication mechanism via its diaphragm. Incorporating advanced structural design, it offers stepless flow adjustment from 0-100% to meet diverse process requirements. It delivers precise metering of corrosive and non-corrosive liquids free of solid particles.

· Diaphragm metering pump features a multi-layer composite structure: - First layer: Ultra-tough acid-resistant Teflon film - Second layer: EPDM elastic rubber - Third layer: 3mm thick SUS304 stainless steel support core - Fourth layer: Reinforced nylon fiber reinforcement - Fifth layer: Full EPDM elastic rubber encapsulation Effectively extends diaphragm service life.
