Description

The G-type hopper screw pump operates on the principle of counter-rotating meshing positive displacement. Its primary working components are an eccentric screw (rotor) and a fixed sleeve (stator). Due to the unique geometric shapes of these two components, separate sealed chambers are formed. The medium flows axially in a uniform manner with low internal velocity and low noise. The volume remains constant and pressure is stable, preventing vortex formation and agitation. Consequently, the inherent structure of the medium remains intact. Because the stator is manufactured from various elastic materials, Yangguang Pump Industry's hopper-type screw pumps excel at conveying high-viscosity fluids and media containing hard suspended particles or fibrous matter—tasks beyond the capability of conventional pump types. Flow rate is directly proportional to rotational speed.
