Description

All components in the LQ series rotary lobe pumps that come into contact with conveyed materials are manufactured from stainless steel meeting sanitary standards, with seals made from non-toxic rubber. Reliable rust resistance and non-toxic sealing ensure safety and hygiene. The streamlined rotor design, combined with the absence of dead spots and non-metallic components within the rotor chamber, prevents contamination of the conveyed substance. Ideal for transporting foaming, high-viscosity, high-concentration, and particulate-laden media, this pump maintains the original quality of conveyed materials without inducing any physical or chemical reactions.

·Compact structure, easy maintenance, minimal wear parts, and low operating costs.

·When equipped with a variable frequency drive, flow rate can be freely adjusted, enabling use as a general metering pump.

·Small footprint, high flow capacity, and high head pressure, suitable for long-distance and high-resistance metered delivery.

·Innovative design with simple installation, maintenance, and cleaning ensures internal machine and production hygiene.

·Features externally mounted rotating and stationary ring mechanical seals that are directly water-washable, high-pressure resistant, wear-resistant, and leak-free.

·Absolutely no contact between rotors ensures no wear even during long-term operation, delivering smooth running, low noise, and high efficiency.

·Suitable for conveying high-viscosity, high-concentration, and any particulate-containing media (materials). Operates within a temperature range of -30 to +200 degrees Celsius.

·Low rotational speed, typically between 200 rpm and 600 rpm, preserves the original quality of conveyed materials without inducing any physical or chemical reactions.

· All parts in contact with the medium (material) are constructed from stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316 grade), meeting sanitary standards.

· The pump impeller and drive gear are separated, ensuring adequate clearance between components within the pump chamber. This design prevents mutual contact, eliminates wear, reduces noise, enhances reliability, extends service life, and promotes energy efficiency.
