Description

The ZW self-priming clog-free sewage pump is a new pump type integrating self-priming and sewage discharge capabilities. It was developed based on the structure and performance of the ZX self-priming centrifugal pump and QW submersible sewage pump, incorporating the advantages of similar foreign products. It can pump waste containing large solid particles up to 60% of the outlet diameter and fibers up to 1.5 times the impeller diameter, including sludge, sediment, waste mineral impurities, sewage treatment effluent, all types of industrial wastewater, and viscous liquids. This pump significantly reduces manual labor intensity and offers convenient installation and operation.

· Superior Self-Priming Performance: Offers a 1-meter higher self-priming height than typical self-priming pumps, with significantly reduced priming time.

▇ Product Applications

· Keep suction piping as short as possible, not exceeding 10 meters in length.

· After pumping viscous or sticky slurries, clean the pump chamber to prevent sediment buildup inside the pump.

· For initial use of a self-priming pump, still fill the pump chamber with water.

· After 3000 hours of regular operation, disassemble and inspect the pump for maintenance. Replace worn parts that are no longer serviceable as needed.

·Direct-coupled models can be custom-made, offering high concentricity, enhanced stability, and greater cost-effectiveness, though maintenance may be slightly more cumbersome.
