The QW(WQ) clog-free submersible sewage pump features excellent energy efficiency, anti-entanglement, clog-free operation, automatic installation, and automatic control. Compared to conventional impellers, this pump employs a single-channel or dual-channel impeller design resembling a bend pipe with uniform cross-sectional area, ensuring excellent flow characteristics. Paired with a well-designed volute chamber, it achieves high efficiency. The impeller undergoes dynamic and static balancing tests, ensuring vibration-free operation during pump runtime.

·The mechanical seal employs a new hard, corrosion-resistant titanium-coated tungsten material, enabling safe, continuous pump operation for over 8,000 hours.

· Compact overall structure, small footprint, low noise, and significant energy savings. Easy maintenance, no pump house required—operates submerged in water, substantially reducing project costs.

·Shanghai Sunshine QW sewage pumps incorporate high-precision, anti-interference leakage detection sensors within the seal oil chamber. Thermosensitive elements are embedded in the stator windings for automatic motor protection.

·Fully automatic control cabinets can be provided per user requirements, offering automatic protection against leakage, electrical leakage, overload, and overheating, enhancing product safety and reliability.

·The float switch automatically controls pump start/stop based on required liquid level changes, eliminating the need for dedicated supervision and ensuring user-friendly operation.

·The QW submersible sewage pump can be equipped with a dual-rail automatic coupling installation system per user requirements, enabling simple and convenient installation and maintenance.

·Two distinct installation methods are available: fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation system.
