The YG vertical single-stage, single-suction explosion-proof centrifugal pump is an outstanding hydraulic model selected by domestic pump experts. It adopts the performance parameters of the IS centrifugal pump and is ingeniously designed based on the standard vertical pump configuration. Additionally, variants suitable for hot water, high-temperature, corrosive chemical, and oil applications are derived from the ISG model to accommodate different operating temperatures and media. This series offers advantages including high efficiency, energy savings, low noise, and reliable performance.

▇ Main Features

·The pump features a vertical structure with identical inlet and outlet diameters aligned on the same centerline, enabling installation within pipelines like a valve.

·The impeller is directly mounted on the motor's extended shaft, resulting in a compact, aesthetically pleasing design with minimal axial dimensions. This configuration reduces floor space requirements and construction costs. When equipped with a protective cover, the pump can be installed outdoors.

·Optimized pump-motor bearing configuration effectively balances radial and axial loads generated during operation, ensuring smooth running with minimal vibration and low noise.

· Mechanical seals or seal combinations are employed, featuring titanium alloy seal rings, medium-duty high-temperature mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant sealing, significantly extending service life.

· Installation and maintenance are convenient, requiring no disassembly of the piping system. Simply remove the pump coupling base nuts to extract all rotor components.

·For conveying oil, kerosene, diesel, solvents, and edible oils with a medium temperature range of -20°C to 120°C.

·Widely used in oil depots, docks, ships, chemical plants, light industry, textiles, environmental protection, and other industrial and mining enterprises.

·Suitable for high-temperature hot water pressurization and circulation in boilers for metallurgy, chemical processing, textiles, woodworking, papermaking, as well as hotels, bathhouses, and guesthouses, and for residential heating circulation systems in urban housing. Operating temperature below 105°C.
