QBK Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump

The three-screw pump series includes the 3G general-purpose type, 3GC marine type, and special variants. As a rotary positive displacement pump, it forms multiple stages of dynamic sealing chambers between the pump inlet and outlet through the meshing of helical grooves on the drive and driven screws and their engagement with the inner surfaces of the three-hole bushings.

Description

The QBK pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machinery powered by compressed air, capable of thoroughly pumping and suctioning various corrosive liquids. Its performance parameters are comparable to imported pumps. Adopted by nearly a thousand domestic enterprises in petroleum, chemical, electronics, ceramics, and textile industries, it has been installed in diverse specialized settings to handle media unsuitable for conventional pumps, consistently delivering satisfactory results. Customizable materials include cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and fluoroplastic based on user requirements.

▇ Main Features

● No priming required; operates fully submerged in the medium. Suction lift up to 5m, discharge head up to 50m, outlet pressure ≥6 bar.

● Generous flow capacity with excellent passage performance, accommodating particles up to 10mm in diameter. Minimal pump wear when handling slurries and impurities.

● Head and flow rate are infinitely adjustable via pneumatic valve opening (pressure regulation between 1–7 bar).

● This pump has no rotating parts or shaft seals. The diaphragm completely isolates the pumped medium from moving components and workpiece media, preventing external leakage.

● Simple structure with few wear parts. Easy installation and maintenance.

● Capable of handling viscous liquids (viscosity below 10,000 cP).

● No oil lubrication required. Dry running causes no damage—a key feature of this pump.

● User-friendly and reliable operation. Start/stop simply by opening/closing the gas valve.
