Description

The stepless speed-adjustable screw pump operates on the principle of reciprocating meshing positive displacement. Its primary working components are an eccentric screw (rotor) and a fixed sleeve (stator). Due to the unique geometric shapes of these two components, separate sealed chambers are formed. The medium flows axially in a uniform manner, featuring low internal flow velocity, low noise, constant volume, and stable pressure. Consequently, no vortex or turbulence is generated, and the inherent structure of the medium remains intact. The stator is manufactured from various elastic materials, enabling the Yangguang Pump Industry's infinitely variable speed screw pump to handle high-viscosity fluids, media containing hard suspended particles, or fibrous media—tasks beyond the capability of conventional pump types. Its flow rate is directly proportional to rotational speed.
