Description

The 2XZ series vacuum pump features a two-stage direct-coupled design. Direct-coupled vacuum pumps serve as fundamental equipment for evacuating gases from sealed containers. They can operate independently or function as backing pumps for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, etc., or as pre-pumps for titanium pumps. Its operational performance is derived from two components: the high-pressure stage and the low-pressure stage. The inlet connects to the vacuum equipment, drawing in and expelling large volumes of gas from the chamber during operation. When the equipment achieves vacuum, the high-pressure stage exhaust valve closes. Gas entering the high-pressure stage is then transferred to the second stage, where it is drawn in and expelled. This process enables the vacuum equipment to attain a specified vacuum level. The pump features high rotational speed, compact dimensions, and a streamlined design, ensuring portability and ease of operation.

▇ Main Features

· Compact size, lightweight, and low noise.

· Capable of continuous long-term operation within an ambient temperature range of 5°C to 40°C and an inlet pressure below 1.3 × 10³ Pa.

· Equipped with a gas ballast valve to extract small amounts of water vapor.

· Features an automatic double-safety oil return prevention device (excluding 380V models).

·Suitable for manufacturing vacuum electronic devices, thermos bottles, vacuum welding, printing, thermoforming, refrigeration equipment repair, and instrumentation support.

·Suitable for laboratories and testing facilities in aerospace, semiconductor, coating, food packaging, drying, refrigeration, scientific research, medical, electronic, chemical, pharmaceutical industries, as well as colleges and universities.

·The pump is not suitable for extracting gases that corrode metals, react chemically with pump oil, contain particulate dust, have excessively high oxygen content, are explosive, or are toxic.
