Description

The UHB-ZK corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump is a cantilevered single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump. Its semi-open impeller (without a front cover plate) enhances flow passage within the channel, allowing particles and impurities in the medium to pass through the pump cavity rapidly without clogging. The pump body is constructed with steel-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, utilizing corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastics to deliver outstanding corrosion resistance and wear performance. It is widely applicable for conveying acids, alkalis, salts, strong oxidizing agents, organic solvents, and other media at temperatures below 100°C and solid content (hard or soft particles unrestricted) not exceeding 40%, regardless of concentration.
