▇ Product Application

The SCP stainless steel sanitary centrifugal pump features a single-stage, single-suction design (non-self-priming). This sanitary pump features a compact design, low noise operation, hygienic construction, and high operational efficiency. Materials selected for components in contact with the pumped liquid—including the pump body, pump cover, and impeller—are made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel. An open impeller design eliminates sanitary dead zones. Liquid-contact surfaces are polished, while non-contact areas receive a matte finish or sandblasted treatment.

·The pump shaft mechanical seal is custom-made from hard alloy and silicon carbide, significantly enhancing wear resistance and self-lubrication. This extends service life and reduces production costs.

·The impeller and shaft sleeve are precision-cast as a single unit, directly mounted onto the motor output shaft. This design offers high rigidity, unique construction, and easy installation. Its high precision ensures concentricity, eliminating vibration and enhancing pump strength.
