Description
The DP-type miniature electric diaphragm pump utilizes a miniature DC motor (operating at 12V or 24V) as its power source. This motor drives an internal mechanical eccentric mechanism to perform eccentric motion, which in turn causes the internal diaphragm to move reciprocally. This mechanism compresses air within the fixed-volume pump chamber (with the intake port closed and exhaust port open during compression, creating slight positive pressure) and stretches it (with the exhaust port closed and intake port open during compression, creating negative pressure). A pressure differential forms between the pump's intake port and external atmospheric pressure. Under this pressure differential, gas is forced (or drawn) into the pump chamber and subsequently expelled through the exhaust port.
