Typical Series: IS Series Single-Stage Single-Suction Clean Water Centrifugal Pump, flow range 3.75–400 m³/h, head 3.6–150 m, medium temperature ≤80°C. Suitable for conveying clean water or liquids with similar physical and chemical properties, commonly used in industrial water supply, agricultural irrigation, and municipal water supply.
Extended Series: IR Single-Stage Single-Suction Hot Water Centrifugal Pump, capable of handling hot water up to 120°C. Used in heating systems and boiler feedwater applications.
Double-Suction Centrifugal Pump
Structural Features: Impeller with double-sided inlet design delivers high flow rates, excellent cavitation resistance, and superior operational stability.
Typical Series: S-type and SH-type single-stage double-suction centrifugal pumps, with flow rates ranging from 90 to 20,000 m³/h and head from 12 to 125 m. Suitable for high-flow applications such as municipal water treatment plants, large pumping stations, power plant circulating water systems, and mine drainage.

Single-Stage Centrifugal Pumps
Core Features: Equipped with only one impeller, offering moderate head, simple structure, and low maintenance costs.
Common Series: In addition to the aforementioned IS and S types, the IH single-stage single-suction chemical centrifugal pump utilizes stainless steel construction for handling corrosive media (e.g., acid/alkali solutions), suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pumps
Structural Features: Multiple impellers are arranged in series on the pump shaft. The medium sequentially passes through each impeller stage, achieving pressure accumulation and significantly increasing the head.
Typical Series
D-type Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump: Head range 50~1800m, flow rate 5~720m³/h. Suitable for high-head, medium-flow scenarios such as deep mine well drainage, high-rise building water supply, and oilfield water injection.
DG Series Boiler Feedwater Pump: Specifically designed for boiler feedwater applications. Handles media temperatures ≤160°C with stable head and reliable operation. Widely used in power plants and industrial boiler systems.
QJ Series Deep Well Submersible Pump: A vertical multistage centrifugal pump designed for submerged operation. Suitable for deep well water extraction, agricultural irrigation, and groundwater pumping. Flow rate and head can be customized based on well depth and requirements.
III. Classification by Installation Method
Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps
Features: Horizontal shaft arrangement, low center of gravity, stable operation, easy maintenance, but larger footprint. Examples include the IS, D, and S series.
Vertical Centrifugal Pumps
Features: Vertical shaft arrangement, compact footprint, can be directly installed above water tanks without requiring a separate pump room. Examples include:
- Pipeline centrifugal pumps (ISG series) can be directly integrated into pipelines for applications like air conditioning circulation water and pipeline pressure boosting.
- Vertical multistage centrifugal pumps (GDL series) are suitable for secondary water supply in high-rise buildings.
IV. Specialized Centrifugal Pump Series for Unique Conditions
Self-Priming Centrifugal Pumps (ZX Series)
Equipped with self-priming mechanisms, eliminating the need for pre-filling before startup. Ideal for frequent start-stop operations and scenarios where suction lines cannot be fully filled with liquid, such as oilfield unloading, ship ballast water transfer, and wastewater treatment recirculation.
Sewage Centrifugal Pumps (QW/WQ Series)
Featuring large-channel impellers capable of handling fibrous materials and solid particles, these pumps are suitable for conveying sewage, sludge, and industrial wastewater. Widely used in municipal sewage treatment plants, textile dyeing, and papermaking industries.
Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps (CQ Series)
Features a shaft seal-free design with magnetic coupling transmission, ensuring complete leak-free operation. Ideal for transferring flammable, explosive, highly toxic, or valuable corrosive media, such as acids, alkalis, and organic solvents in chemical industries.
